Auckland Junior and Senior Specialist Academy
Each week the Training Program will include:
Ignite Mental Performance Program - The key outcome is for our athletes to build mental toughness, so they can perform at an international level. Athletes will understand the science behind their thoughts, how to get unstuck and detach from their emotions and how to overcome limiting beliefs, which are keeping them from performing at their best.
Athletes are taken through 3 key modules to help them achieve these outcomes (Resillience, Self-belief and Visualisation). From our experience, there are so many talented athletes that never get a chance to share their talent at a competitive level, as they don’t understand how to manage their thoughts and emotions. By the end of this program, athletes will have all the necessary tools to push past their mental blocks and excel on and off the court.
Value $3,500
Ignite Functional Movement - This component is focused on helping athletes become fitter, faster and stronger than any other competitor on the court. We work with athletes specifically on their form, body movement and techniques, to ensure they’re able to play at an international level. Athletes will learn our set list of body movements, these movements have been the catalyst for past participants in our program to go from school level Netball to National recognition within a year.
Value $2,700
Ignite Skills Development
Learn the secrets behind what it takes to be a professional Netball player. We teach our athletes the fundamentals of Netball and how to build a strong foundation, so they can get noticed by national selectors.
Athletes will learn “High Performance Skills” that are only ever taught to players once they make a National team. This could be the difference between whether they make the National team and turn their passion, into a paid career.
